I never took the leap

She was my best friend and I was always there for her . I had feelings for her since 2 years now and so did my friend , my friends confessed and she said no last year and now she asked him out and they're dating now. I'm not able to cop with this at all , I was about ask her out in less than a week and this happened. We were only friends but I really had serious feelings for her and used to share everything about my life. Now I feel heartbroken and stuck in my life, please help me.
