my right earbud (wf-1000XM4) doesnt make any sound but the touch controls are still there

so i was walking to some destination, doesnt matter where, and then the earbud stopped working, out of nowhere, i didnt notice instantly but eventually i took them off and put it back into the case. i later came home and cleaned them up, didnt work, i reset them multiple times with several different methods but nothing worked, nothing helped, i tried to connect them to another device but that didnt help, if anyone has a solution to this problem i would be very happy to hear.
