What is going on on SW Tualatin Valley Highway and Hocken?

Like, cops all hands on deck scenario? We saw 3 cars from Cedar Hills Blvd, an under cover cop car, 2 sheriff vehicles, 4 more cars from the south, and then as we passed the entire road was locked down and there were even more cars parked in the lot and a few cops patrolling out the back of the block? We just wanted to drop our mates off at the Inn there and it was a whole ordeal to get to and now we're just curious as all hell.
