2. Put the Jarvis team in head of BO.

3. Stop chasing short term contracts.

4. Go for the long term goal which the company was founded on. Asteroid mining, LEO manufacturing, and O'Neill cylinders. The contracts will come with the experience and hardware and engineers will be fired up about having a complex but worthy goal.
