Roz not remembering Colleen while Niles is in hospital
I'm probably reading to deep into it, but I think this scene is just ... amazing. I'm noticing things upon rewatch that I never really noticed before. I've always assumed Colleen recognised Roz, but even if she didn't it really makes you think about every day interaction and what you mean in other people's lives. How you can experience something with someone, and it sticks with you and you'll never forget them (even if they're not in your life) but they easily forget you. Colleen's facial expression did it for me. It was like confusion (maybe she remembered) or maybe even hurt. Last night I watched the episode where Roz's little sister made a major impact on Kenny's life re the split from his wife and how Roz's speech about growing up convinced Kenny to start unpacking (I somehow didn't notice that it was Roz's speech until now?). Maybe its the lockdown, maybe I'm just feeling overly sentimental but there's a lot of these little things here and there that just seem to make this show a lot more enjoyable time and time again.
