21F Hardly eating anything every day, please help.
I am a 21 year old female and I weigh about 100 pounds. The only health issues I am aware of having is IBS mixed and I have fairly severe panic attacks daily, causing shortness of breath. I have anywhere from 0-10+/day, but usually on the higher side. After eating basically anything, my IBS kicks in and ejects everything fairly quickly. No idea how much nutrients are actually sticking around.
For the past few years I have found it increasingly difficult to eat and it only seems to be getting worse. I have zero interest in eating. I don't know why. I have a history of anorexia, about 10 years ago, but I am not doing this because of weight concerns. Rather, I'd prefer to weigh more because I am very skinny and probably not healthy.
For the past month or so, my diet has been about 1 small meal each day, and usually a few cans of soda, or water. Meals are usually a single can of chicken noodle soup, a frozen meal, or occasionally, fast food, of which I never manage to finish what I've gotten, and it's usually not much to begin with.
I am at a loss and I am very afraid of my body shutting down due to lack of nutrition. I am not very healthy. I was drinking Boost drinks for awhile, but only because they were on sale, and they haven't been that discounted in a long time. I have no job and can't afford to keep buying them.
I have many vitamin deficiencies and I suck at taking vitamins, or really any pill for very long. My eyesight sucks due to this.
I don't have insurance and I live in the USA. I am at a loss and I don't know what could be wrong, or what to do. Please help.
