System configuration for users

Hello all,

I would like to know what type of systems do you guys gives for developers, QA, Accounts,HR, Marketing and support staff. Your inputs will be really helpful.

Also giving admin rights to developers is a good idea? As we get lot of tickets regarding issues with admin rights. We are just 2 ppl who work on systems and setup of systems managing 500 users. Thank you in advance
