A kind of funny story from my political studies class. about the pride flag pledge of allegiance.

OK! SO for those of you who dont know, political studies is basically Government and English mixed into one class and a few days ago my teacher said "did you guys see that one tiktok where that teacher had suggested to the students to do the pledge of allegiance to the pride flag? and I had not heard of it and we watched it in class" we then discussed with our table group and voted if it was right or wrong for what she did. Well while we are discussing this one of the people in my group says "None of you guys are apart of LGBTQ+, right?" and my facial expression was :| as I said "mhm, yup!" Was I right or wrong not to tell them?
