What happens if you leave to another store

So I don’t know how to say this without sounding like I’m flexing but here we go. Today I was told I was the 2nd ranked specialist in my region and I was curious if anyone has used something like this as leverage to get better pay by going to another store. We currently do not have a store manager and we basically have our specialty asm running the store. I have a couple Lowe’s around me I’m just curious if they would offer more for my ranking or if it’s strictly off of the wage calculator
