Xbox controller will not vibrate on pc.

I have to plug and play it before keyboard and mouse everytime I start the game. To get it to work with the vibration. I have an analog keyboard and I believe that's why its registering the joystick as the keyboard which doesnt vibrate. I am tired of unplugging everything restarting and plugging the joystick in first. everytime I want to play (halo for pc). btw. Does anyone know anything I could do I've tried in devices to enable xbox controller as default but since its an analog keyboard it keeps defaulting itself to keyboard. because thats basically it. and the keyboard wont work in the game because its mouse and keyboard OR joystick. so I cant use the analog keys at the same time as the mouse. lol. Any help would be greatly appriciated in this crazy case. cuz like its having 2 controllers and cant figure out which one vibrates. lol. thanks. EDIT: also, vibration properties are not even showing up on the xbox one controller in devices?
