Cat won’t stop jumping on counter!

Help!! Our little lady is just over a year old and we cannot get her to stop jumping on our kitchen counter.

We’ve tried everything it feels like. She knows she isn’t allowed up there because as soon as she realises one of us has seen her she jumps down and runs away. She always has fresh food and water (she tends to go to the sink more than anything so we always make sure that the water is fresh) but she still goes up there. We’re at our wits end, especially now we have a newborn in the house!

Has anyone had this problem? How did you find a resolution?!
