History?

Hi there,

just found your sub after searching for new...opportunities. Halo seems to be interesting and right now im trying to figure out if i want to jump in or not. Looking at the close future this seems to be a buy without big risks but im failing to find information about the history of this stock. How did they manage to reach <10cent after getting ipoed at 55€? What happend to them in 2006/2007?

And what caused the spike from 3€ to 20€ in 2010?

Would anyone with some insight be so kind to enlighten me?

The company was founded in 2015. They went public in 2018 by using the shell of Apogee Minerales (a mining company), so the stockprice you see before 2018 has nothing to do with Halo collective. This is acutally common practice, especially for small companies, since it‘s cheaper and easier. The highest price was 0,60$ in the past. I‘m hugely invested, cause i see a company with amazing potential. They struggled a lot in the past due to vape-crisis and tough price-wars but what they are building has immense potential in my opinion. Dig into it and be aware that they still rely on dilution for money. Risky play but i love this company, especially at their current market cap of around 80-100 million.

Halo Collective has great potential and it's undervalued. I'm invested for the long run. I beleive that within 5 years the stock price will be over $1. It's a buy and hold stock. Management seems to be doing all the right things in growing the company. I recommend Halo.

It was a miner before. First Canna Company that bought the miner to get on wall street was 2015 +/-. So everything before doesnt seem connected to Halo.

I own 100,000 shares at an average cost of $.07 cents I think with the assets the company has its extremely undervalued. I see a consolidation of shares coming maybe 10 or 20 to 1 and also they are spinning off a couple of divisions so we should get some shares out of that as value added. At $.04 low risk I’d pick up another 10,000 shares as soon as payday rolls around
