In office full time

My firm is back to in person full time. There are only a couple of people working hybrid schedules (it doesn't seem to be encouraged) and now I'm wondering if working for a big firm that offers flexibility is better.

I will say that 40 billable is all that is expected of you unless you have a specific deadline that requires you to put in more. Its a regional firm that is poised to grow but I'm wondering if the grass is a little greener in Big4 ( I know the pay is)
