2014 Chevy cruze

Hey all my Cruze will start and turnover just fine normally and then sometimes while I’m driving I feel hesitation In the acceleration and the lights dim then when I turn it off it won’t crank back on. Just click. all the lights and radio works it’s not an issue of the battery I’ve replaced it twice now and have replaced the starter. it also is running high-ish on the voltage. I think after some online research it’s either the 250A fuse or a loose battery cable. Just wondering if anyone else may have some input or if I’m on the right path. It’s left me stranded a couple times and I’m getting a little tired of it so any help would be appreciated
