Boota feel very loose and can't play in them.

So the football boots I wear (Tiempo legend 8) they just feel very loose like they're not tight with my foot. I have seen pictures of professional footballers on Instagram and when they wear boots it looks like the boot is skin tight but mine it looks to be loose from the front and I have trouble shooting. Also people say they need time to break in into a new boot but that has never been a case with me. I never felt any pain or discomfort. Is there a way I can but those skin tight boots or some other equivalent which doesn't feel very loose. The difference is so big that barefeet if you're 40 meters away I'll ping a ball right at you but with boots I literally can't shot. Also if you have any suggestions for tight boots. Can it be due to me using leather boots? Also can you recommend me some good quality synthetic upper or knit boots
