Will we ever see a President with 70+% approval again? What would that look like?

For a long time, Presidents polling would swing wildly, and every President (bar Nixon) had at least 70% approval at some point during their tenure. Obama, Trump and so far Biden haven’t. I’m a progressive and Biden has not turned out to be the great unifier the DNC (perhaps foolishly) thought he would be.

Is that broad support - even fleetingly - going to align with a President again? What would that hypothetical President look like?
