Sick of it

Due to recent family drama I haven't felt like been myself for a few months. I often feel inferior and overly sensitive no matter what the situation. What's the best way to really step back and stop looking at things that way? To explain I've been arranging final funeral arrangements for my mom who passed away 10yrs ago she was cremated by a cancer research center. I've been torn over what to do for a while due to trying to have my aunt's there and my brother. My brother said he wanted nothing to with a ceremony a yr ago and her sisters didn't care if I couldn't do it certain months days of the week. I've paid for it all. Had support of my spouse dealing with it. I took care of her mostly by myself and with hospice. It's been exhausting experience trying to get them to really cooperate with plans in the past I'm not sure I even want to invite them. But I also feel guilty because I want to honor my mom's memory. Recently one aunt was trying to get me to sign or agree to paperwork surrounding my grandmother's estate that I still have no info on after she's been dead for 4 yrs. All in all all that in the last few months has just kind of put me in this insecure spiral .
