Vaginal burning and itching

NSFW

Ok I’m a 5’5 female, 35 years old, about 140lbs. I do not smoke, drink or do drugs. I take birth control pills (tricyclen low) celexa. I take vitamin C, D, E, zinc, calcium, collagen, biotin, b12. I also work as a nurse.

I have been having sex with a new partner and we were both recently tested so we are not using condoms. He likes to have sex very fast (like jackhammer-ish) which I am not used to. I was experiencing vaginal irritation ( redness and burning) on the inner part of my labia minora around my vaginal opening but no discharge at all. I took a oral fluconazole and used topical vagisil with 1% hydrocortisone and also canesten cream. Things resolved. We had a particularly fast and furious sex session a few weeks after this initial episode and the symptoms are back! I’ve just been using the vagisil and also topical diphenhydramine. No discharge but I checked myself internally with my finger and scooped out white discharge with many tiny tiny clumps in it. I have no idea if this is a yeast infection or not, because I just took fluconazole like 2 weeks ago, or if that’s normal discharge (that never comes out) and I’m just super irritated from all the new friction?? Help!!!!
