How to get rid of the yellow bolt in the corner?

As the title says ive been playing on pc (recently converted from console) and lately every time I play a game the yellow bolt flashes and my game is partially laggy. When I play it honestly doesn’t feel smooth and all and its kind of a nightmare. I also understand that the bolt means there is a poor connection to battlenet servers but my internet is perfectly fine and this has been going on for the past few days. I rebooted my dns server and restarted my wifi but to no avail. Its been causing me to suck in most of my games and I kind of need help on this.

My fps averages around 60-70 (although i know theres no difference between 70 and 60 lmao); My cpu temperatures are normal and my latency averages around 100-130ms. If theres any additional info i left out let me know and ill get it for you, thanks in advance :)
