Chivalry is on sale on xbox, few questions.

So i am playing on Xbox Series X. I really wanted to try this game out. Chivalry 2 is currently -20% off on a sale. Before purchasing i quickly hopped to reddit checking state of the game and it looks a lot of people on reddit are not happy with it. I am pretty sure that there was no announcment of this game coming to gamepass soon but do you think that at least on consoles it is worth getting? A was looking for mindless grinder with a little skillgap to learn. Are there any gamebraking bugs on consoles right now?
