ERR_GFX_STATE Help?

I have spent my week just trying to get this game to work I've played it a bit when I first bought it and picked it back up this week. Low and behold though I keep getting this error message after about 4-5 min of the game running. I've tried all the solutions I could find online and spent 6 hours (which were wasted) messaging with Rockstar Support with them insisting it had to be something else on my computer and having them literally just abandon helping me mid problem to the point that I was on my 5th employee who ended up fucking ghosting me in the end and not helping me whatsoever. If anyone has any way to fix this please help as I just want to be able to play the game because I didn't spend 60 bucks for the software to crash on me. Running a GTX 760 so switching the API to DX12 isn't an option. Thank you
