Ideology, Married vs just Lovin'?

So I notice there's a few options (single column) when it comes to 'sharing a bed'... But there's a lot more options (three-ish columns) when it comes to marriage. And I'm not sure how they can mesh well together without certain assumptions from one to the other.Am I missing something, or is there a way to say 'if you're married, this. if you're not married, that'? Or do I just need to decide that 'lovin' is either married only vs free for all, beds don't matter, and names are all made up anyway? Is there a way to say 'if married, takes name of x, usually sleeps at x spot', 'if not married, then whatever' or some mix therein?

Not super active here, if I got the tag wrong, I'm sorry. Tell me the bunk-up (pun intended) and I can fix it or re-post with the correct flair...?

Edit to add: some mods, but none that advertise being specific to Ideology, and all are ones I had before I got the DLC
