So My Shortcuts Just Changed

I have no clue what I did, but while I was using the console to fix some border gore after I accidentally messed up a peace conference my keyboard shortcuts suddenly changed. The major notice was that none of my WASD keys moved the camera anymore, and keys like W now just bring up the research panel when it used to be W + some other key. I don't know how I did this or how to fix it since Hoi4 for some reason doesn't have keybindings in the options menu.
