Fanatical Support!

I have two open tickets that have zero activity on them. One is a few days old and the other is over a week old. I called the support line to talk to a human and I opted for the call back option so I didn't have to waste my time listening to hold music. I received 4 calls from Rackspace with no one on the other end. I just received a call back that actually had someone on the line... at 10:38 PM local time... nearly 12 hours after I placed my initial call.
