New Galaxy Watch 4 owner- questions about battery optimization
Hey guys, looking for advice for the best battery optimization. Had it a few days and ran out the battery twice without realizing. I use the watch as my alarm so it kind of sucks if I miss my alarm. Thought I tweaked it enouch but I may be missing something. Ideally I'd like it to hold out for 48 hours. I have the 40mm version.
Some info:

former fitbit versa owner. Battery was great, last a few days and i'd recharge it when I'd shower. Very rarely would I have it run out while im use. Unfortunately fitbit has a huge problem with planned obsolescence. Not sure if on purpose, but over the last 8 years or so, a watch has never last over 2 years and usually gives out on the 1.5 mark. Also they pay walled some of my health data. I am not about that at all. Anyway, enough with that rant.

I have a galaxy phone. Read reviews on the watch that it works best in the same 'ecosystem'. So that was a buying point for me.

not a huge fitness buff. Gps I have already turned off, seems like something I could turn on as needed. Also Google tracks my location anyway. Possible for the apps to share that information between the devices (eg Google and samsung)?

sleep tracking is important. Snore detection is nice, I'm a sleep talker and am curious on what's going on when I'm zzz-ing. Should I just use a phone app to record to spare the battery on the watch?

stuff like nfc and wifi are turned off. Wireless pay seems cool but isn't something I have set up yet, how does it affect battery use?. should I just set up a Bixby routine that turns Bluetooth on once an hour to sync and keep it off the rest of time to extend battery? Is that even possible? I'm used to all of googles stuff but new to most samsung stuff.

heart rate is set at every 6 minutes and not continuously.

Any other things to look out for to preserve battery?
And unrelated, but any fun unknown apps that are must haves?
(Sorry about the flair, didn't see one for just questions. And sorry about the typos, mobile and all that.). Thanks!
