Could this stream in 1080p

Could my i9 9900k and gtx 1070 stream Fortnite in 1080p? I have a 230 mb download and a 11.27 mb upload speed. I stream from my cpu and my bitrate is set at 6000 but I am currently streaming on 1600x900 and it just looks kinda fuzzy.
