is it possible to turn off all leds in case?

i'm asking that because i once had antec case side window panel and there was one led on even when the pc was off, that bothered me in sleep, but back then i didn't know if i can turn it off or not.

so i don't know which to pick, closed case for noise+lights or airflow case but must all leds off
