Is it possible to copy flex pitch patterns from one track and apply them to another?

Alright, this is gonna be a stretch. Lets say Audio Track 1 is the LIVE acapella version of song X, and a certain part of Audio Track 1 is slightly different from the studio version. Audio Track 2 is the studio acapella version of Song X.

In the part where the live version and studio version differ, I am attempting to flex the pitch of the notes from the STUDIO version to copy those of the LIVE version. I guess I could tirelessly work on flexing the notes individually, but is there a way to copy the pitch pattern of the live acapella version and apply it to the studio acapella?
