Surgery excuse

I am hoping to get a new job soon. My surgery is in less than a month and I’ll need to take 2 weeks off to recover. I’m going to tell them that ahead of time in case they chose not to hire me because of that. They are so short staffed that I’m hoping that will not be an issue. However, I do not want to disclose that it is bariatric surgery. I know I can just say it’s person but I know myself well enough that if they were to ask I would cave and say what it is. Is there a different surgery I can say that’s not too drastic and would take the same healing time?
