How to get rid of the smell?

Hello, I bought this set recently from this person on mfc. I don't mean to be rude, but it legit smells like an old lady? Not only that, Hinata actually has a couple cat? furs on him(that's the seller's photo above btw). I have nothing against cats( I have a dog, and I also like cats), but I thought it would've been nice if they paid a little attention to the figure before putting Hinata back in his box. It's not just 1 or 2 furs, it's 2 separate furs and one tiny fur ball with like 5 furs lol. I am just a little put off by these figures now tbh. Anyways, I didn't say anything to the seller bc they were nice enough to bring down the price of these two from $240 + shipping, to $190 shipped. I want to give them and the boxes baths tbh. Any idea how to get rid of the smell? I'm already airing them out btw.

tldr: How do I get rid of the smell on the boxes( and figures) without ruining them?
