Crashing in Tour Rift

Basically, always crashing in the tour rift for no reason. My game has been pretty stable up until now. I had one other crash in the Alpine Skyline during changing an outfit, but the tour rift is completely unstable. I just completed the Nyakuza DLC and I have every hourglass except that one, but my game keeps freezing and hanging without sound in the Tour Rift and then I have to logout of my PC to get back to desktop. I have a clean computer with new drivers and other games run fine. I also have no mods installed, and online disabled. I'm running a 1660 ti and Ryzen 3600.
