Did Ian Fidance on Bi Guys trash Josh Potter today?

hey so I am not totally sure bc at the top of this part of the convo Zac brings up a "Josh Potter" and some kind words follow via Ian but then shortly after the convo goes negative with Ian ranting on someone who had their name beeped out. As Ian rants on there was a pretty rough cut with some blending animation so there was work put into getting around whoever the person is. I really can't tell if they are still talking about Josh or it moved on. The whole thing seems totally weird and I may just not be following properly.
Is Zac talking about our "Josh Potter"
A wife was mentioned. Did Josh have a wife while in NY?
Am I actually super stupid and somehow put this together in a weird way due to the beeps and cuts?

I feel like I am super wrong about this bc Ian said nice things but then stuff devolved pretty quick and a "Josh Potter" was most recently mentioned. Honestly, I love all the guys involved and I really hope it's not our Josh Potter.

Please go easy on me if I am totally wrong and if I have wasted ur time with this post. I honestly wanted to get a second opinion on this bc I am uncertain. They throw around "Josh" a lot and I heard a "Potter" as a last name.
