[TOMT] [GAME] girly computer game from when i was a kid?

i’m 24 now, so i’d say that it was probably from about 16 years ago. it was a game i’d play on the computer, like the type where you’d have to put the disk in to play it. it involved a house, and i think it was about planning a birthday party. i mainly remember the cake decorating part, you could use different colorful candies & frosting. it was cute and cartoon-style, i think the main girl had blond hair, but you could change what she looked like. anyone know what this game was?
