[TOMT] [GAME] An online 2D PC RPG game from the early 2000s where you could upload your own custom sprite for your character

I'm pretty sure you could download this game, but it may have been a browser game too. The developers had other weird online games as well that were all together in one launcher. I think one of them was like Lazer tanks or something? When I played it the main game, it was pretty popular and there was always people playing online that you could interact with.

The game itself had a world map, similar to older Final Fantasy games, with POIs you could enter and random battles that could occur with enemies in the wild. There we bosses and towns to buy gear. I remember around the time I first joined, one guy joined up with me and carried me thru a bunch of boss fights to help me level up. Art style of the base game was very poor. The devs definitely were not digital artists. But the game itself was just fun to play.

One of the best parts is you can upload custom made sprites for your character to spruce up the game. It could be anything you made using their sprite template or you could download one someone else made and use it. I distinctly remember having Vegeta as my sprite for a long time. His attack frame had him shooting out a blase from his hand. Didn't match with what my character did all the time, but it was cool as fuck at the time.

This was early 2000s, windows xp days for sure. I have fond memories of this game but of course I can't remember the name.
