In all of my days of NoFap, this was probably the worst one.

After my wet dream today, I felt a bit off and decided to go to school. I studied a lot, even went to the gym.

However, I went to a football game to see my brother play, and I saw many girls. I felt really awkward around them, and had many urges throughout the day. Like I even got many boners, and I feel like I messed up.

Any advice. I even tried putting myself down, and was like “man, you should relapse when you get home, I feel like trash.” My self esteem lowered today. Probably a flatline..
