Question for experienced Legion players

Question

So how exactly do Legions' power and Monitor and Abuse work together? If I frenzy and hit a survivor, does my terror radius immediately increase, allowing my killer instinct to work over a wider area? And regardless, would you say it's a good perk for him? I'm just starting to play Legion and I'm wondering whether M&A is a good idea or whether I'd be shooting myself in the foot. Thanks!

Yes monitor does work like that just remember that if your not in an active chase with someone you get a smaller terror radius so you will have a smaller killer instinct if you drop chase and dont reach your target fast enough. For the most part it would just be larger and work how you want it to but there is the other side so if you see someone heartbeat disappear when you try to tag 2 or 3 people that could be the reason

Yes, it will play nice with the killer instinct. Moniter is a oretty good perk in general, and thats true on legion also. You have to be carefull giving a large killer instinct range though; since theres no deoth perception with kuller instinct, it could lead you to someone way too far away, and lose you your power.

monitor inc while in chase so for the entire chase + the next 5s or so after hitting and leaving the survivor for the next one to hit ur TR will be increased after that it'll decrease

As far as tracking perks I think there are better ones for them, discordece is insanely good and if you do have any teachables spys from the shadows is very good. Whispers is the one of the best tracking perks in the game but you also have to pay very close attention to it. Hope this helped good luck out there

LOL, I actually run a lot of tracking on them right now; I don't care for spies from the shadows, but I have discordance, M&A and whispers right now. I'll drop one of them once he unlocks some decent slowdown.

I'm not actually interested in M&A just for it's tracking; based on that alone I agree that there are better options. I think though that the reduced terror radius when not chasing and the extra FOV combined with it's synergy with frenzy add up to make it a worthwhile pick. Also I just like M&A for whatever reason and I'm bummed that it sucks on the Doctor and doesn't fit into my Spirit's usual build. So any excuse to use it when it's not going to just sit there sucking is good with me.
