I’m about to do this on my ‘91. Mine sharing what you did for wiring?
Just 4 wires. 2 of them are for the neutral switch, which you can bypass anyway, and the other are for the reverse light. Just need to find the wires in the harness by color and splice up some female connectors on them and they click right up to the switch.
The connector to the old auto trans is just tucked out of the way?
Their were a ton of connectors to the auto trans. Yeah they got snipped and put away
Nice work!
Really want to do this to my NB but I’m new to it all. You think I could run the oem ecu as well or would I need an after market one
Easily run the OEM ecu, I did. may or may not throw codes at you tho. I gather that some people needed to fidget with the oem to get the speedo working.

Fuck yeah man!
Nice, but since they don't have much ac here's a good product for that https://www.google.com/search?q=cool+breeze+air+scoop&sxsrf=AOaemvLqAzlp41JvIHSGEbszLfePQ0zA5A%3A1632089554264&source=hp&ei=0rVHYY_7DMXk9APcvKzIBg&oq=&gs_lcp=ChFtb2JpbGUtZ3dzLXdpei1ocBABGAAyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECcyBwgjEOoCECdQAFgAYIsYaAFwAHgAgAEAiAEAkgEAmAEAsAEP&sclient=mobile-gws-wiz-hp
My ac actually works but this product looks pretty sick
Yeah, it works. Someone fron California made the mistake of getting a miata without ac, so they used the air-cooled and say it works perfect
Person I bought my Miata from just gave me this with the car. Haven’t tried it yet!
What is the attraction to these cars. Posted all over Reddit? Defiantly and under powered vehicle.
Try driving one. Like really drive it, in the hills, backroads, and stuff. Not the highway.
I sold new ones years ago. For Mazda. Never had that opportunity. Just short commutes for test drives. They have gained in popularity with the younger tuner crowd.
Started this project on Monday with My friend and I. 4 day project mostly because of a few stubborn bolts. Car runs great and the clutch feels amazing. Didn't have to do anything with the ECU and the car doesn't even throw a check engine light at me.
