Given SEC-Coinbase drama, what’s in store for Earn?

It seems Coinbase is dropping its plans for earning interest on stable coins due to threats from the SEC. Anyone have opinions on what effect this would have on the Crypto.com Earn feature? Could they be the next target for litigation?
