Looking for Jello Cakes

Hello! It’s my dads birthday this weekend. He got a feeding tube this year and cannot eat most foods by mouth, including cake. One food he can still eat is jello - I was looking up alternatives to birthday cakes and came across jello cakes!

While I could probably try to make one, I was wondering if anyone knows of any local businesses in sd that make/sell jello cakes? Thanks in advance!
