Collector role help please (PC)

Hi,

I dont see anyone saying anything about this anywhere on the web, I am new to rdo and I just got my collector role and I am trying to dig up this fossil but I just dont get any option to do so. Do I need to be a higher rank in the role in order to do it or what exactly ? Also I am using the collector map website and I checked that this exact spot uses shovel and not a metal detector. I just want to know so I can move on from this spot and just go for other spots.
