Atlético haven't won a UCL final the last three times

Madrid haven't won by 5 goals against Barca since 1995.

its known at this point, u point out a long streak, u jinx it

I'm glad it was someone shit like Burnley too. The thought of United or someone like that breaking it would have been so irritating.

So true, i remember being stressed before every anfield match last year because of the unbeaten run. Kinda glad its over even if we didnt break the record

Completely agreed. at the end of the day streaks are meant to be broken. It’s why I sincerely hope we lose one WCQ game before the World Cup, because if your streak is broken at the wrong time (aka DURING the World Cup), it could be disaatrous

I'm just glad the stat is dead. I know it's silly, but there's a bit of added stress to see these stats be upheld so now that it's broken, I don't have to give a shit if Getafe score in the dying seconds of a 5-0 drubbing or something.

With and equally rare Oblak double blunder

Of course it's the one time I put a bet on this game

Nobody goes 10 years without getting scored on by Getafe!

this stat pops up every single time they play, this is like the fourth or fifth time I've seen it here

Sounds like Simeone peaked and now they are sliding down

[MisterChip] One of the most incredible streaks in Spanish football has ended. Getafe has scored their first goal against Atlético Madrid since 6 November 2011.
