Go to your quad office they'll fix it
That's what I did

The Union 2nd floor. They have weird times though.

The Union 2nd floor. They have weird times though.
Unless your card is physically damaged, just go to your quad office, not the Union. They can change/reset/update all the access settings from the quad office.
