Recommendations for ebikes

Looking for ebikes with 750w or higher output. I ordered an Ariel X52 but it's been delayed and delayed over and over. Time to cancel I think.

I am in western US

Budget:$ 2500 or less

Hopefully one that is faster than 25mph

Looking for an all terrain ebike

I want a fast ebike that I won't get bored of too easily. Thank you all for your help.
