Soccer players: how long before shooting normal

About 5 months post op, tore ACL on dominant right leg and I can do short passing just fine but long balls and shooting are impossible.

I had patellar tendon graft and I feel some pain there and in the back of knee.

Long story short, how long before you guys could shoot/do long balls? Obviously everyone heals at different times but just curious!
