Sincere feedback please... thank you

This is informational for a school project. Won't post details here but wanted to get genuine feedback about creating a partnership with a staffing recruiter.

Why? Because recruiting seems to not be easy.

Main question is the viability of creating an agency that provides temp or full time workers to recruiters not direct to employers. thoughts?
