Rebasing old marines - what size?

I have old pre-primaris marines on 28mm bases. I want to convert them to a Death Watch l and assault intercessors. What base sizes are those units on? Did they change base sizes for standard tactical marine?

Primaris marines are a head taller so I’m adding height to the model by stacking two bases on top of each other. I just don’t know the mm diameter.
