Leaked call between CIA Dr. Kit Green & Psychic/Medical Intuitive - Remote views underwater ET base, portals, targets individual etc. Super interesting! WHO IS THE RV TARGET??? (Chris Bledsoe? Tom Delonge?)

This has been posted before, but I keep coming back listening to it and its equally fascinating every time. Hoping more people comment on info below:
Dr. Kit Green ran the CIA weird desk and responsible for mind control/MK Ultra esk projects, Remote Viewing/Stargate etc. I think the Psychic is Dr. Cay Randall-May (? I could be wrong).
This is ULTRA fascinating because:
**Remote viewing Alien bases near Catalina Island (hotspot for US Navy UAPs), portal detected and 3 different ET races.
**both people's bonafides highly checks out for this type of work/call - Green gives 95% accuracy score to this Psychic regarding her RV targeting and is amazed with the uncovered data.
**Dialogue and language seems incredibly genuine - if it was an act they deserve Oscars! (I believe its 100% real)
**She Remote Views a human target of significant importance to Kit Green in the call (he cares more about the target than her intel on the base!) --is she speaking of Christopher Bledsoe? Tom Delonge? If either of them had a Shoulder Injury in 2019 that could be a big indicator of this persons identity --

WHAT ID LIKE TO KNOW FROM YOU:
ANY GUESSES FOR WHO THIS TARGET IS ??????? Id also love to hear peeps opinions on this and if there is additional material or releases to this I may not be aware of or what became of it.
Also, if anyone knows of other leaked calls, videos or clips like this please post!

**If you are a Remote Viewer skeptic, feel free to save your breath. Im past that argument and have followed the $$$ enough to know its very real and very worth CIA/DOD's time and money (they still widely employ it despite what post Stargate claims mention. They didnt employ Psychics for 30 years for millions only to scrap it and say 65% wasnt effective enough - they just told you that while they advanced it further under the secrecy veil). Meanwhile numerous private schools opened up and new methods created!
