Could YA funding be used to acquire Workhorse?

First off, purely hypothetical. Not advise or any kind of due diligence, but hear me out...if production is really happening soon, we're gonna have liftoff. At least high enough to secure that 400m from YA. Sure, we need funds to ramp up production but I think Lord Ninivaggi is gonna bring in the real cash closer to end of year when all tests and certifications are done. But if Workhorse starts to fall to around 3.50, their market cap is gonna be sitting around that 400m. I think owning the W-15 platform is worth that dilution...
