How to get Narcan in Connecticut?

So there's a really messed up video on the publicfreakout sub of a woman dying of an overdose and after watching it, I want to have a couple doses of narcan in my car just in case. Does anyone know what the exact laws are in CT? Do I need a perscription or special certification to carry it, or can anyone walk into a walgreens and buy it at the pharmacy?
