Sofa with or without ottoman?

Getting a sofa and wondering if I should get a matching ottoman to attach to act like a chaise. Either way both options fit into my space but I cant decide. Do you wish you had an attachable ottoman? Do you wish you didnt? What are your thought, thanks!
